It is Summer and our favorite season for another reason besides the obvious sun, sea and beach! We love festivals and love the amazing and inspiring looks, bohemian, contemporary, crochet, cut off jeans, cropped tops, summer frocks and bikinis in the mix, we love them all! Testing one two three

Ive spend the whole day testing my new Camera (Mark II) and lens! (the lens is a Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM) Its like a whole new world! and I have so much more to learn! It was a very cloudy and pretty dark day actually with a lots of wind, so it seems the camera and lens have no problem with that! 

I mostly have to get used to the lens, I like the fact that we can finally zoom in and out (I mostly use a 50mm lens) but the lens slims down (compared with the 50mm) And me being already very skinny the last thing I need is a lens that takes away the pounds!.. but maybe thats just me and how we used the lens..

So yes, back to fashion: On this new Camera Safari/Adventure I wore a Zara floral dress, H&M Army Jacket and Asos dr. Martens boots!

OUTFIT Shark!

Urban Outfitters is always such a good store for (quirky) accessories! (like the Sunglasses and bags!) 

The spearmint colored trousers are from H&M trend and are totally rad! I just love how the slightly tapered legs fall at the ankle/shoes! Such a good detail that make the trousers look define!

I will be wearing Burgondy in London

Hiiiiii, its now really early in the morning (I sound awake but trust me Im not) and Im all packed and set to go. I will leave the house in a few minutes for.... LONDON! Im so exited! My last London visit feels like ages ago so I was totally stoked when Miista invited me over for a fun shoe-infused week. Besides visiting Miista I will get to see my English Blogger Friends and of course get to do all the London and Fun related things! Its going to be so good!

I figured this blog post would be a good introduction of my new Miistas (yes, obviously Im a fan) Burgundy Mia boots, I will be wearing them in London soooooon whoohooo

Neon Nikes

I do love to crush on some pink and lately it has been a Neon Pink crush, I really think they would match fab with pastels and whites and are totally smashing with black! I love that Nike calls it hot punch/white storm pink which makes me think about some kind of yummie Summer Punch!

Amsterdam Fashion Week

 

Another Quick hello from Amsterdam Fashion Week! Where Im crusading against the weather by injecting some flashy color! Luckily for me the Silver biker jacket was capable of doubling as a rain shield! the lovely Joy from Just Like Sushi took this pic! Thanks Joy muah muah muah!

Below is the terrain; the Westergasfabriek, an old factory in typical Dutch red brick with spacious halls of undone concrete making it a perfect Fashion Week setting.



Above all I was happy to practice my street-style-photographing skills on Cindy from COTTDS! Im very happy with the results and with how I managed the lightning! 



Below a photo I took of Laura from the World Looks Red who is looking delicious in gold! and yes, the black tights really tell us something about the current Dutch weather issues!

The impressive opening show: Claes Iversen. The Danish designer showed us florals and beautiful handcraft in embellishments.
